Talent Discovery — Subscription Terms

1. Service

Talent Discovery is a paid subscription for Brand accounts on Innoverse. It gives you access to the Talent Discovery of opted-in creatives, allows you to send up to 25 direct inquiries per calendar month, and includes access to Fashion Calls Pro at no additional cost.

2. Pricing

Monthly plan: €75 per month (incl. VAT). Yearly plan: €650 per year (incl. VAT). The subscription starts immediately upon successful payment. There is no free trial.

3. Renewal & cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price. You may cancel at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then. Fees paid are non-refundable.

4. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

By checking the withdrawal waiver at checkout, you expressly request that access to the Talent Directory begins immediately and acknowledge that your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under § 356 (4) BGB expires once the digital service has been fully performed.

5. Fair use

Inquiries must be respectful, work-related, and non-solicitous of personal or off-platform contact information. Abuse of the directory, harvesting of profile data, or unsolicited marketing outside the intended booking flow may result in suspension without refund. We reserve the right to cap inquiry volume beyond the stated 25/month if patterns of misuse are detected.

6. Creative visibility

Creatives appear in the directory only after explicit opt-in on their account. Brands cannot see creatives' email or Instagram handles; communication takes place through Innoverse's in-app chat once an inquiry has been accepted.

7. Bundle

An active Talent Discovery subscription automatically unlocks Fashion Calls Pro for the same account at no extra cost, replacing any separate Fashion Calls Pro subscription for the duration of the Talent Discovery plan.
