Pay-per-Performance
Brands pay only when the content convinces. Creators don't risk expensive self-productions — pieces come on loan from the pool.
Legal safety by default
Our content contract covers usage rights, term, image rights and compensation. Both sides confirm digitally — the contract is created automatically with payment.
Clean accounting
Two separate invoices per license: creator → brand for the license fee, Innoverse → brand for the service fee. Including PDF, small- business handling and VAT.
Watermark protection
Brands only see watermarked previews until they license. Only then do the clean raw files unlock — creator work stays protected.
