Fashion Calls Pro — Subscription Terms

1. Subject of the contract

These terms govern the paid subscription "Fashion Calls Pro" between the user (hereinafter "Subscriber") and Innoverse ("Provider", "we"). The subscription grants the Subscriber access to the Casting Board on the Innoverse platform, in particular the ability to create fashion calls, briefings and open calls addressed to approved members of the platform.

Applying to fashion calls posted by others remains free of charge for all approved platform members and is not part of this subscription.

2. Prerequisite

A subscription can only be entered into by users whose Innoverse account has been approved by the Provider. The subscription does not replace or modify the underlying Creator Agreement or Cooperation Agreement.

3. Price & billing

• Monthly plan: € 19.99 per month, incl. 19 % VAT.
• Annual plan: € 99.00 per year, incl. 19 % VAT.
• Billing is done via Stripe Payments. The Subscriber selects the payment method at checkout.
• An invoice is issued and sent by email for each successful payment.

4. Free trial period

Every new Subscriber receives a 14-day free trial starting the moment the subscription is activated. During the trial the Subscriber has the same access as a paying Subscriber. A valid payment method must be provided at trial start; no charge is made until the trial ends.

If the subscription is not cancelled before the trial ends, it automatically converts into a paid subscription at the price of the selected plan.

5. Term, auto-renewal & cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month; annual subscriptions renew automatically each year. Both plans can be cancelled at any time with effect to the end of the current billing period. After the effective date of cancellation, the Subscriber loses the ability to create new casting calls; existing calls that have not yet ended can be viewed in read-only mode.

Cancellation is possible directly in the account area of the platform via the corresponding cancellation button (§ 312k BGB) or by written notice to info@innoverse.art.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers only)

Consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal in case of early start of performance: If the Subscriber explicitly requests that performance (i.e. access to the Fashion Calls Board) begins immediately during the withdrawal period and confirms knowledge that this leads to the loss of the right of withdrawal upon full performance (§ 356 (4) BGB), the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the service has been fully performed. Since the Fashion Calls Board is provided as an ongoing digital service and use can start immediately, activating the subscription and using the platform constitutes such performance. In practice the Subscriber therefore waives their right of withdrawal at the moment the paid subscription is activated. This waiver is confirmed by the mandatory checkbox in the subscription flow.

The 14-day free trial does not affect this: no consideration is due during the trial, and the Subscriber can end the trial at any time before it converts into a paid subscription without incurring any cost.

7. Provider role — no agency, no employment

Innoverse operates purely as an intermediary platform. We do not act as a model agency, casting agency, employer, or party to any shoot or engagement resulting from a fashion call. The Provider is not liable for the execution or the payment of shoots agreed between platform members.

8. Rules of conduct

Subscribers may only post fashion calls that comply with applicable law and with the platform's community rules. Discriminatory, defamatory or misleading calls, spam, and NSFW content without proper labelling are prohibited. The Provider reserves the right to remove such content and, in case of severe or repeated violations, to suspend or terminate the subscription and the platform account without refund.

9. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Contact details of applicants are only revealed to the poster after the poster accepts an application.

10. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms with reasonable notice (at least 30 days) by email. If the Subscriber does not agree to material changes, they may cancel the subscription with effect to the date the changes take effect.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by German law. For merchants (Kaufleute), legal persons under public law and special funds under public law, the courts of the Provider's registered seat have exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
